Polly Beran

RN-BSN • Injection Specialist

With over 16 years of experience as an Injection Specialist in the same dermatology practice, nine years as a Pediatric Intensive Care Nurse, and an Esthetician certification under her belt, Polly brings a unique skill-set and “whole beauty” approach to the Skin Artisans team!  As someone who battled acne from youth to adulthood and has always been drawn to the beauty and symmetry in the world around her, the career transition from Pediatric Intensive Care to the esthetics industry was a natural one for Polly.  She now blends her diverse experience and a keen eye for detail to help her patients bring their vision for their appearance to fruition.  Polly believes that a natural and beautiful result is one that allows her patients to look like themselves, enhances their best features, and makes others think that they look amazing for their age while not realizing they had anything done!  Her warmth and kindness, perfectionist nature, and fun personality are quickly appreciated by Polly’s patients, who often describe her as “an artist for the face.”  Like many on our team, Polly believes that enhancing our external beauty allows our inner beauty to shine even brighter!

Shae Lyrenmann.

APE, CLT, CIDESCO • Advanced Practice Esthetician & Master CoolSculpting® Specialist

Shae’s journey to becoming an Advanced Practice Esthetician began after experiencing challenges with her own skin. Like so many of us, she battled acne in her youth and sought the expertise of both dermatologists and estheticians to help her achieve clearer skin. After seeing the improvements that clinical skincare could make on her own complexion and how her skin condition directly influenced her self-confidence, Shae knew she wanted to pursue a career in skincare to help others love their skin again too!

Beyond being an Advanced Practice Esthetician since 2005 who has received special training to work within a medical practice, Shae is also a CIDESCO Certified Esthetician. The CIDESCO Diploma is the world’s most prestigious qualification for Aesthetics and Beauty Therapy which has set international standards since 1957.

Shae has high regard for continuing education and is also a Certified Laser Technician with years of experience on various aesthetic laser platforms and a CoolSculpting® Master Provider who has received advanced training in the world’s #1 non-surgical fat reduction treatment.

Shae has a naturally warm and inviting personality. She likes to thoroughly explain the treatments she performs and the products she recommends, so her patients feel comfortable and educated. Although she is very strategic in customizing her patient’s treatment plans to deliver safe, fast, and effective results, she also loves building authentic relationships with her patients and bringing laughter and a sense of fun to each appointment!

Shae believes that the power of skincare extends far beyond what the eye can see and that an esthetician is truly a facilitator of increased self-esteem and confidence in the lives of the people she touches!

Shae leads a very busy life full of family, love, and fun when outside of work! She and her husband are the proud parents of two young boys and a daughter they adore. Together, they live on a “mini” farm and enjoy spending time with their various animals, spending summers out on Prior Lake, and traveling and building memories together as a family.
