Get to Know Jennifer

Jennifer brings more than two decades of experience in cosmetic dermatology and over 17 years as an Aesthetic Injection Specialist to her role at Skin Artisans Edina. Originally from Grand Island, Nebraska, Jennifer began her career in aesthetic medicine early and has spent years refining her craft as the industry has evolved.

She is a Registered Nurse and Board Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist (CANS), a credential accredited by the Accreditation Board for Specialty Nursing Certification (ABSNC) and awarded through the Plastic Surgical Nursing Certification Board (PSNCB). She is widely respected for her deep understanding of facial anatomy and her commitment to advanced training.

Jennifer is also a regional trainer for the Allergan Medical Institute (AMI), where she mentors new and intermediate injectors and helps educate providers on advanced techniques and patient safety. She has been recognized among the Top 100 Injectors in the United States, a distinction that speaks to the caliber of skill she brings to every patient appointment.

My Treatment Philosophy

My approach to aesthetics is centered on full-face rejuvenation and balance. Rather than focusing on a single area, I look at the entire face as a whole to determine how structure, volume, and skin quality work together to create the most harmonious and natural-looking result.

Patient safety and education are incredibly important to me. I believe patients deserve to understand their treatment options and feel confident in every step of their aesthetic journey.

My technique is guided by conservative, natural-looking outcomes. My goal is always to enhance what makes someone uniquely beautiful so they still look like themselves, just refreshed and confident.

My Favorite Treatments & Products

I am especially excited about the growing field of regenerative aesthetics, including treatments such as PRFM and Sculptra, which stimulate collagen and improve tissue integrity, supporting long-term skin health. These treatments are appealing because they work with the body’s own biology rather than simply adding volume.

I also enjoy creating customized full-face rejuvenation plans using neuromodulators and dermal fillers to restore balance and structure while maintaining a natural appearance.

Beyond injectables, I strongly believe in supporting skin health with complementary treatments like chemical peels, laser treatments, microneedling, and medical-grade skincare. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, gardening, staying active and working out, and hosting meaningful gatherings with family and friends. I also love experimenting with creative new recipes in the kitchen with my husband.
