Get to Know Me

Gina brings nearly two decades of nursing experience and a deep passion for aesthetics to her role as an Injection Specialist at Skin Artisans. Originally from Oakdale, Minnesota, Gina began her nursing career in 2008 and spent ten years working in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), caring for some of the most vulnerable patients and supporting families through meaningful and emotional moments.

She later transitioned to an orthopedic surgery center, where she further refined her precision, assessment skills, and patient-centered care philosophy.

Gina discovered her passion for aesthetic medicine in 2015 after becoming interested in skincare and the aging process while working to improve her own skin. What started as a personal interest quickly evolved into a professional calling when she began training in cosmetic injections. Since then, Gina has dedicated herself to helping patients feel more confident through subtle, natural-looking enhancements.

My Treatment Philosophy

My philosophy is centered on balance, safety, and natural results. I take a conservative approach and focus on enhancing what patients already love about themselves rather than dramatically changing their appearance.

I also believe great aesthetic outcomes come from more than injectables alone. I always discuss complementary treatments like laser skin treatments and medical-grade skincare, because improving skin quality is just as important as restoring structure and volume.

Ultimately, my goal is for patients to look refreshed and confident while still looking completely like themselves.

My Favorite Treatments & Products

One of my favorite treatments to perform is BOTOX® Cosmetic, which I truly view as both an art and a science. I love using neuromodulators to refine facial movement and soften expression lines in a way that maintains natural expression and balance.

I also enjoy creating treatment plans that combine injectables with skin treatments to support long-term skin health and rejuvenation.

Where You’ll Find Me Outside Skin Artisans

Outside of work, I love spending time with my family and friends and traveling whenever I get the chance. I also enjoy staying active and recently discovered a love for pickleball!

At home, I share life with two of my three children, and my miniature Goldendoodle, Bruno, who keeps me active and laughing every day.
