Get to Know Taylor

Taylor is an Aesthetic Nurse Specialist with nearly two decades of experience in medical aesthetics. She joined Skin Artisans Edina in 2015 and has built a loyal patient following thanks to her thoughtful, conservative approach and her consistent delivery of natural-looking results.

Taylor’s passion for aesthetics began while working overnight shifts on a Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) floor in Northern Virginia. During that time, she had the opportunity to work closely with a plastic surgeon, assisting with in-office procedures and gaining early exposure to the artistry of aesthetic medicine.

Taylor holds bachelor’s degrees in both psychology and nursing and is currently pursuing her master’s degree to become a nurse practitioner. She combines clinical precision with a deep understanding of facial anatomy, and her patients appreciate that she takes the time to explain what she’s doing and why. The result is subtle, balanced enhancement that ages well over time rather than becoming more obvious.

At Skin Artisans, Taylor works under the oversight of the board-certified plastic surgeons of Edina Plastic Surgery. That level of medical direction, combined with Taylor’s conservative philosophy, gives patients real confidence that they’re in careful hands.

My Treatment Philosophy

My philosophy is simple: the best aesthetic results are the ones that look effortless.

I prioritize restraint, safety, and long-term outcomes over trends or overcorrection. My goal is always to enhance what patients already have while preserving the unique features that make them who they are.

I also believe strongly in long-term aesthetic planning. Rather than chasing quick fixes, I work with patients to build thoughtful treatment plans that maintain healthy skin, prevent premature aging, and support natural-looking results for years to come.

My Favorite Treatments & Products

One of my favorite treatments to perform is lip filler, because I love showing patients that lip enhancement can be done in a very natural, tasteful way that complements their overall facial balance. When it’s done well, people notice that something looks great without being able to pinpoint exactly what changed.

I also love the natural approach of using biostimulatory treatments, like Sculptra, to enhance facial structure, balance, contour, and overall skin quality over time. Biostimulators work with your body’s own collagen production, which means results develop gradually and tend to look incredibly natural.

I enjoy helping my patients create a long-term aesthetic strategy that supports prevention and skin quality. My ideal treatment plan often includes:

When it comes to skincare, I am especially passionate about regenerative products. One of my personal favorites is (plated)™ Intense Serum, which supports skin renewal and long-term skin vitality. I’m also a big believer in preventive skincare, especially daily SPF, because it’s always easier to prevent damage than to correct it later.

Outside of work, I love staying active, working out, and spending time with my family. You’ll often find me cheering on my kids at their sports events, planning a girls’ getaway with friends, or enjoying quality time with loved ones.
