Get to Know Angela

Angela brings more than two decades of experience in the aesthetics industry to her role as an Advanced Practice Esthetician at Skin Artisans Woodbury.

Originally from Stillwater, Minnesota, Angela’s career in aesthetics began after working in a facial plastic surgery office, where she witnessed firsthand how transformative aesthetic treatments could be for both a patient’s skin and their confidence. Inspired by the results she saw, Angela made a bold career shift, from flight attendant to licensed esthetician, and has never looked back.

Throughout her career, Angela has worked alongside some of the region’s leading physicians in medical aesthetics, gaining a strong clinical foundation in skin health, anatomy, and advanced treatment technologies.

My Treatment Philosophy

I believe beautiful, healthy skin is achievable for everyone, no matter when they begin their skincare journey.

My approach focuses on strategic treatment planning and combining technologies to achieve the best results. Rather than performing isolated treatments, I often layer and sequence modalities based on a patient’s skin condition, healing timelines, and long-term goals. This approach allows us to address multiple concerns at once while protecting the health of the skin and achieving results that are both natural and long-lasting.

Equally important to me is building relationships with my patients. I take time to understand their lifestyle, skincare habits, and goals so we can develop a treatment plan that truly works for them.

My Favorite Treatments & Products

Some of my favorite treatments to perform are combination laser treatments, particularly BBL and HALO, which can deliver dramatic improvements in pigmentation, texture, and overall skin rejuvenation.

I also enjoy working with and layering treatments like ProFractional and MicroLaser Peel, which can create powerful skin resurfacing results when carefully customized for the patient.

When it comes to skincare, I strongly believe that what you do at home plays a crucial role in your overall results. Consistent use of medical-grade skincare products supports the treatments performed in the clinic and helps maintain long-term improvements in skin health.

Where You’ll Find Me Outside Skin Artisans

Outside of the clinic, I love spending time outdoors with my family and friends. I enjoy walking my dog, gardening, golfing with girlfriends, trying new recipes, and exploring the restaurants and patios of downtown Stillwater and Hudson. During Minnesota’s colder months, I also love curling up with a great TV series or a good book.
