Get to Know Shae

Shae’s journey into aesthetics began with her own skin challenges. As a teenager, she struggled with acne and sought help from both dermatologists and estheticians in hopes of achieving clearer skin. Experiencing firsthand how much clinical skincare could improve both her complexion and her confidence ultimately inspired her to pursue a career helping others love their skin as well.

Shae has now spent more than two decades in the aesthetics industry, developing deep expertise in advanced skincare treatments and laser technologies.

She is also a CIDESCO Certified Esthetician, a distinction that sets her apart in the aesthetics field. The CIDESCO Diploma is widely recognized as the most prestigious international qualification in aesthetics and beauty therapy, setting global standards for professional excellence since 1957. Achieving CIDESCO certification reflects a practitioner’s advanced education, clinical training, and commitment to maintaining the highest standards of skincare practice worldwide.

My Treatment Philosophy

I believe great skincare begins with education, personalization, and trust.

Every patient’s skin is different, which is why I focus on developing customized treatment plans that combine professional treatments with the right medical-grade skincare at home.

One of my favorite approaches is stacking different laser technologies to address multiple skin concerns in a coordinated way. Combining BBL photorejuvenation with HALO laser resurfacing, for example, can dramatically improve skin tone, pigmentation, and texture when thoughtfully planned and sequenced.

I also love creating long-term skin strategies that help patients maintain healthy, radiant skin as they age.

My Favorite Treatments & Products

One of my favorite treatments to perform is the combination of BBL and HALO. Together, they can deliver remarkable improvements in skin clarity, pigmentation, and overall texture. It’s the kind of pairing where patients often notice results they didn’t think were achievable without more invasive procedures.

I also believe strongly in consistent skin maintenance. A typical strategy I often recommend includes:

• Neuromodulators like BOTOX every three to four months
• BBL treatments twice per year
• MOXI laser once per year
• A consistent medical-grade skincare routine at home

Where You’ll Find Me Outside Skin Artisans

Outside of the clinic, I enjoy a full and busy life with my family. My husband and I are proud parents to two young boys and a daughter, and together we live on a small “mini farm.” Much of my free time is spent outdoors, enjoying summers on Prior Lake, traveling, cooking, and making memories together as a family.
