With over a decade of experience in aesthetics and a background that bridges both advanced
skincare and clinical nursing, Melinda Marston, APE, RN, brings a uniquely holistic and layered
perspective to cosmetic injectables. Her career began in 2014 when she earned her Advanced
Practice Esthetics License from the Aveda Institute, followed by her Associate of Science in
Nursing (ASN) from Rasmussen University in 2022. This integrative combination of credentials
allows Melinda to assess the face through both an artistic and clinical lens, merging the
esthetician’s focus on skin quality and health with the medical precision of a registered nurse.
Melinda’s educational background enables her to develop treatment plans that not only
address structural aging with dermal fillers and neurotoxins, but also support the skin’s surface
with evidence-based skincare tailored to each patient. By understanding the entire anatomy of
the face, from the epidermis down to the supportive bony structure, Melinda helps her patients
achieve balanced, natural-looking results that are safe, sustainable, and true to who they are.
Melinda’s passion for aesthetic medicine is rooted in her love of science and her early exposure
to the long-term effects of sun damage while growing up in Florida. She’s especially drawn to
full-face rejuvenation, addressing all layers of histology by treating bone and fat loss with
dermal fillers, muscle hyperactivity with neurotoxins, and maintaining skin integrity through
targeted skincare regimens. Her ultimate goal is to create harmony and balance so patients
look refreshed, natural, and most importantly—like themselves!
Known for her grounded energy and calm demeanor, Melinda believes impactful results begin
with trust and honest communication. Her patients appreciate her thoughtful, science-backed

cooking nourishing meals, getting lost in a good book, playing board games, and cherishing
quality time with her nieces and nephew. Whether cultivating beauty in the treatment room or
