Hannah S. Director of Skin Artisans Operations – Minnetonka
Hannah has a unique background with Skin Artisans. Before joining our medical spa as the Director of Skin Artisans Operations at our Minnetonka location, she worked on the Edina Plastic Surgery side of our practice as an inventory specialist and front desk patient care coordinator! Because of this experience, Hannah deeply understands and appreciates how our medical skincare and plastic surgery divisions work together and collaborate to help our patients achieve their goals.
Like many of her co-workers, Hannah has always felt drawn to the medical field and helping others. Early on, she found herself continuously pursuing work roles in the health, beauty, and wellness spheres. This interest led her to eventually pursue a career in nursing, where she worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in various settings, including nursing homes and at Children’s Hospital, for several years. During this time, she gained invaluable experience and skills, which helped shape her philosophy and approach to patient care – one that leads with compassion and understanding and is always striving for excellence.
Hannah took a patient care coordinator position with Edina Plastic Surgery in 2023 to be closer to the world of plastic surgery. She was fascinated with how this field of medicine transformed patient’s bodies and their lives! She was inspired daily by our surgeons, her co-workers, and our patients and knew she wanted to work in aesthetic medicine for the long haul!
As time passed in her role with Edina Plastic Surgery, Hannah felt herself grow more and more interested in the business, operational, and strategic side of healthcare. As someone who enjoys organizing tasks and workflows and continuously tries to improve how smoothly and efficiently things run for our staff and patients, it seemed like a natural fit for Hannah to transition into management! Our team was proud to promote Hannah to Practice Manager of our Skin Artisans Minnetonka location to celebrate her passion for the industry, her incredible leadership skills, and her unwavering work ethic.
Whether witnessing a patient transform their appearance through the surgeries performed at Edina Plastic Surgery or the advanced skincare treatments and cosmetic injectables at Skin Artisans, Hannah draws immense satisfaction from being a part of our patient’s journeys to looking and feeling like the best versions of themselves. She is proud to have worked on all sides of our practice and utilize her experience to help lead our staff and ensure our patients have an exceptional experience with us!
Outside of work, Hannah relishes spending time with family and friends. She is incredibly outgoing and social and is energized by new places, new people, and new experiences. That being said, Hannah also loves staying in and binge-watching the latest series on Netflix to relax!
