As heat is safely delivered deep into the dermis, powerful cooling keeps the surface of your skin uninjured and comfortable. More collagen forms with each treatment and contracture is enhanced, leading to tighter, firmer, and smoother skin. SkinTyte™ is most effective on patients who are just beginning to notice sagging around their eyes, mouth, cheeks, and neckline. A treatment series is needed to see significant results, and future treatments will be required to maintain those results. SkinTyte™ has little to no downtime and can easily be performed in the summer months as well!
Sciton ProFractional™ laser resurfacing is also an effective option to tighten skin at the beginning stages of sagging but may require several days of downtime, especially if your Advanced Practice Esthetician recommends a deeper treatment or treatment series. ProFractional™ uses fractionated laser technology to ablate the surface of your skin and create deep channels of micro-injuries into the dermis.
