Get to Know Jennifer

Jennifer’s passion for aesthetics began through her own skincare journey. Growing up in southern Minnesota, she struggled with acne as a teenager and experienced firsthand how deeply skin concerns can affect confidence and self-esteem. That experience inspired her interest in skincare and ultimately led her to a career focused on helping others feel confident and healthy in their skin.

She earned her Advanced Practice Esthetics license and Medical Esthetics degree from St. Paul College in 2010, where she completed rigorous training in clinical skincare, laser technologies, and advanced treatment modalities. During this time, she also achieved her CIDESCO certification, one of the most prestigious and internationally recognized credentials in the aesthetics industry. The CIDESCO Diploma reflects advanced education, clinical expertise, and adherence to the highest standards of skincare practice worldwide. It’s a distinction held by very few estheticians in the Twin Cities.

Jennifer spent 10 years working alongside dermatologists in the Twin Cities before joining Skin Artisans Edina, gaining extensive experience treating a wide range of skin conditions and concerns. That dermatology background continues to shape her thoughtful, results-driven approach to patient care.

My Treatment Philosophy

My treatment philosophy centers on education, consistency, and long-term skin health. I believe patients should feel informed and empowered about their skin, and I take pride in simplifying the often-overwhelming world of skincare and treatments. By explaining the science behind ingredients, technologies, and treatment options, I create customized plans designed to deliver meaningful, lasting results to my patients.

I am very committed to ongoing education and advanced training to stay at the forefront of the ever-evolving aesthetics industry.

I especially enjoy performing BBL, HALO, and MicroLaser Peel treatments,  and often layer technologies to address multiple concerns in a single appointment. This strategic approach allows me to improve pigmentation, texture, tone, and collagen stimulation while maximizing both results and convenience for my patients.
